Meet PeiYin

PeiYin is highly passionate about people development and a catalyst in unfolding other’s potential. She strongly believes that learning is a life-long process!
In her published book entitled “Stop Blaming. You can Make Things Happen Too”, she shared her own reflection of her 2-decade-long corporate journey and how embracing “possibility thinking” has transformed her to where she is today. The biggest step in this transformation being letting go of a corporate life to venture into an area totally unknown to her – people development. All she took with her was her passion and beliefs. For the same reason, she is now committed to invest her energy in inspiring and empowering people to go beyond their self-imposed capabilities, uplift their potential and to create the environment to live the happy life they desire, sustainably.
In a nutshell, she brings with her an abundance of energy and possibilities when working with people.

A Personal Note from PeiYin:

Though living in one of the busiest cities in the world today ~ Hong Kong, I grew up in a small town in Malaysia. Being second generation Chinese in Malaysia has laid a very meaningful and rich foundation in my life.

Immersing myself in the corporate environment for almost 20 years afforded me a lot of learning experience. I am grateful for all the learning and life experiences I had from living in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and now Hong Kong. They have all been a crucible for who I am today - a person who highly values respect and trust, and embraces diversity.

I am passionate about people, people and people. My beliefs are:

  1. We have a choice

  2. We all deserve to live a happy life

  3. We are all naturally resourceful
